In the RSBC group, Jan will benefit from his many years of experience in the field of economic management, financing, preparation of business plans and implementation of acquisitions and divestments in large financial and industrial companies. Between 2014 and 2022, he worked in the role of vice president for finance at Omnipol, where he was responsible for the economic management of the holding, optimization of the holding structure and owned companies. During his career, he participated in important transactions such as the sale of Čechofracht a.s., the acquisition of a significant stake in Česká zbrojovka a.s. or the acquisition of MESIT and Aero Vodochody Aerospace a.s.
