Martin Vrecion

Martin is a legal professional with almost 20 years of experiences at legal, supervisory and executive positions in large companies and groups in the Czech Republic and Central Europe. 

From 2007 to 2017 he held position of regional Legal Counsel of Generali Group (formerly Generali PPF Holding) in Central Europe. He was directly involved in establishing the corporate governance for one of the largest joint-venturs based in Central Europe. Since Generali Group has taken over 100% control, he focuses mainly on corporation with the investment part of the Grop, namely Real Estate investments. 

Prior to joining RSBC, he worked for CZECHOSLOVAK GROUP, where he was in charge of the holding Legal Department and management of the legal services for group companies as General Counsel and Member of the Supervisory Board of CZECHOSLOVAK GROUP.
