Václav Brož is a top manager in the field of private investment and financial groups, as well as private investor.
The central theme of his long-term experience involves M&A, corporate restructuring, strategies and business development. He has worked in manufacturing companies, renewable energy, lotteries and sports betting, food processing, telecommunications and the financial sector.
From the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors, he managed Masokombinát Plzeň, Fortuna Entertainment Group and for many years the key investments in the Penta invetment group (11 years). During his position of Chairman of the Board of TES Vsetín, he was nominated among the 3 nominees for the Private Equity Award 2012 - in the Emerging Europe Deal of the Year category.
