PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Investment and project manager Roman Cének has been working with RSBC since October 2015. He specializes in identifying investment opportunities, formulation of transaction strategies, implementing acquisition and divestment processes, and in managing portfolio investments. He has had experience in the areas of transaction consulting and corporate finance since 1999, when he became a member of the bodies of Atlantik Corporate Finance. Since 2007 he worked as an investment manager in KKCG, where he participated in the acquisition and management of CK Fischer and Nev-Dama travel agencies, divestments of ŽDB, Bonatrans, ATLANTIK finanční trhy, Kovosvit Sezimovo Ústí, management of medical holding Medicem, etc.
